Our 5% flat fee program
The industry standard management fee is 10% of collected rents and we charge only 5%.
1) Our 5% fee is a flat rate, other companies may charge a leasing fee, start up fee, or other hidden charges

Vacancy Leasing Only Service

If you would like help just with the leasing but want to manage it yourself, we can help. We charge 50% of 1 month's rent ($495 minimum) to find you a great tenant, FAST!
We do the showings, background screenings, and lease paperwork and then hand it off to you.
If we help you save just 2 weeks of vacancy, that pays for our service fee by itself!

For Full-Service Management
We charge a flat rate of 5% of collected rents ($80 / month minimum) for full-service management.
There is no additional set-up fee, leasing fee, or inspection fees unlike our competitors.
That's the lowest rate in San Diego among established property management companies.
Compare us to our competitors and you'll find out that with me, you get more and better services at the same price or less.
