Condition: Good. Spine is rubbed and chipped, with minimal small tears, all writing is readable. The body of the book is tight, with the original staples just a tiny bit rusty and cover has some dents, mildew residue on front pages, but all-in-all a very nice book for it's age. This was located in a storage box in the basement of a village government building.
