This attachment will fit on a Hobart 80 and 140 Quart Mixer.
Hobart model #'s it will fit on: V1401, M-802 & L-800
Beater stamp reads: VML 80 B
This is an authentic Hobart attachment.
The "B" Flat Beater is an all-purpose agitator used for mashing potatoes or other vegetables, and mixing cakes, batters or icings.
It is also used in industrial processing for any product which requires a creaming, rubbing action and uniform dispersion of ingredients.
First speed is used for starting most operations; medium speeds for finishing.
There is nothing wrong with this attachment, other than the fact that it is used.
