 | This Dewitt & Herz 4oz medical syringe has a marked plunger and breaks down into four pieces. It measures 9 3/4" when empty, almost 13 1/2" when full and weighs 12oz. It's marked Dewitt & Herz, D & H as well as Germany.
We believe this item to be circa 1890, and to have been crafted for use in the ear. We have examined this syringe carefully and find only age related wear and tear. No rust or dents. The photos intentionally highlight each and every blemish; but they truly don't capture the beauty of this piece.
