This oven consists of one section of single 7¼" high bake compartment.

Exterior finish is of high heat resistant.

Burner is once cast iron burner controlled by the safety shut-off valve ahead of the thermostat.

The heat control is controlled by a snap-throttle control and maintains a temperature of 150°F minimum and 500°F maximum in the lower section
