This is a heavy duty commercial kitchen appliance and is setup for 200 volt three phase operation. It was recently in service at a government institution and is in quite nice shape overall. There are signs of wear and use. The blades look to be in very good condition. One of the plastic buttons is missing. This was removed from a working environment when the contract expired and new equipment had to be purchased. Four prong cord and plug included. The control box has minor bump damage which is easily fixed - see pictures. Comes with Cutter Blade and scrape blade. Everything seems fine and otherwise complete and ready to go.
