This razor is Made Of Carbon Steel The Scales are tortoise shell on the blade arm it reads "Manufactured By Frederick Reynolds Sheffield" the blade is in perfect condition no cracks and is Razor sharp,the handle does show signs of wear as it is probubly 50 to 75 years old,i was offered by a dealer 10 years ago 75.00it is a rather large blade measuring in at a Chunky6.5 inch long closed the handle is 6 inch,the blade is 6 3/4 the blade is 2/3 in wide
