 | We're moving to a smaller place, and sadly we must say goodbye to BOB. This BOB is used, but in excellent condition. Any discolorations, etc., are only cosmetic. I would rarely use it, and it was always for my private use - never a gym with multiple users. I always kept it covered with a tarp when not in use.
This is an excellent tool for martial arts, whether boxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Taekwondo or even Jiu-Jitsu. I used to put my gi on BOB so I could practice various Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu chokes. Very useful for honing your technique. This BOB is the Xtra Large version with waist and groin. Far superior IMO to the regular BOB, which I have also used.
Comes with the BOB manikin and base with multiple height settings. The base can be filled with either water or sand.
