Home also comes with a working 1 year old BBQ
and 2 gazebos that can stay or be removed. One

A chest freezer thats 2 years old is also
located on the porch and is included. Heating
is done via a gas furnace however oil heating can
be used which is not dry and provides a fireplace
warmth that is unmatched and very inexpensive.
