Solar and Wind Power are great. However, they are often useless in many parts of the world, like portions of BC. For example, wind turbines don't charge batteries unless the turbine is spinning at a certain rate, usually 15MPH or higher.

My special circuit increases voltage of photovoltaic panels and wind turbines, such that they are no longer useless on sun/wind-less hours. Especially useful for our Wet Coast (and 'Raincouver', too.)

Cost is $150 (5amp) to $450. (25amp)
