We do clean the equipment to the best of our ability.
1 main valve must be off
2 Simultaneously light pilot burner and push in red pilot bottom for 30 seconds. Pilot should remain lit. if not see operating instructions
3 for main burner set thermostat at 500 grades turn main valve to full on, then reset thermostat to bake temperature. Caution
if pilot is put out or goes out main valve must be turned off and kept off for all least 5 minutes before match is put to pilot.
