This is a showy silver “Dot Design” triangular necklace/pendant and matching wide band bracelet by Steve Madden, famous American shoe and jewelry designer.
Purchased new 10-15 years ago, never worn, still have the tags attached, also each contains a plated “Steve Madden” identification FOB. The pendant/necklace is item #XN15004 (UPC 7-70223-10193-7), bracelet is #XB15009 (UPC 7-70223-10223-1).
These are reversible, showing the classic Madden mirror-finish chrome or platinum look “Dot Design” on one side and a more satiny, silvery, more intricate pattern on the reverse. (See photos) Bracelet is aprox. 7.1 inches (18.3 cm) long, circumference, when clasped. Necklace total length including the triangular pendant and the chain is 16 inches (40 cm) and the pendant portion is about 6x3 inches (15.5x7 cm).
These are plated, not solid, and there are some fine powdery black marks, possibly some minor erosion of the plating, fairly evenly dispersed on the “dot” side only (and on the clasps: these marks are visible on close inspection, but not apparent when wearing the items. Almost looks like a bit of finely ground black pepper or laser toner dust. These marks ARE visible in the close-up photo of the “dot” side, and as you can see they are not significant. (The inconsistent “motley” shine or colour in the photos is NOT a flaw in the items, just the way the highly reflective surface is catching reflections in the photo.)
Asking $40 for the set (both items), shipped flat in a protective sleeve in a padded envelope, or $47.50 nicely presented on a padded felt cushion in a gift box. Shipping cost is extra and will be higher in the gift box.
