Your current candle could be made from paraffin wax. What's paraffin wax you ask? It is the sludge that oozes off the backside of the petroleum refineries. This by-product is bleached, creating dioxins, and it's textured with a carcinogenic product called acrolyn. Prolonged exposure to this wax can create granular tumors.
