This is an authentic Hobart attachment.
The "B" Flat Beater is an all-purpose agitator used for mashing potatoes or other vegetables, and mixing cakes, batters or icings.
It is also used in industrial processing for any product which requires a creaming, rubbing action and uniform dispersion of ingredients.
* Cast in solid aluminum.
* NSF Approved
Note: It fits an 80 quart dough mixer shaft, M802 Hobart Model Number.
It is a 30 quart B-Flat Beater Attachment, it does not fit a 30 quart dough mixer shaft.
It would be too big for that. I am told it will fit in a 30 quart bowl.
