Standard Features:
Chassis: Doubled walled cabinet construction with fully insulated sides, back and bottom.
Top grid: 12" diameter cold-rolled steel rods are free floating to allow for expansion and contraction, thus eliminating warping.
Grease removal and flare-up: patented E-Z tilt top grid drains 70 % of the grease into a front trough which greatly reduces flare-up.
Installation: Unit must be installed on the provided legs or optional caster.
It must be installed under an exhaust hood venting.
Radiants: A stainless steel V shaped radiant is located above each burner.
They are easily removed for cleaning.
It also has undercounter storage
