What is a Crochet-Along you ask?
A crochet along is the best way to relax, have some fun and have time to share your love of crochet with friends -old and new, while learning new stitches & techniques with help along the way and everyone having a completed gorgeous project at the end!
What is a Mandela?
Mandalas are circular designs symbolizing the notion that life is never ending and appears to us in all aspects of life - the Earth, the Sun, the Moon and more obviously, the circles of life around us with friends, family and communities.
In a this fabulous program you will get the opportunity to learn how to use colors to produce a specific “feeling”, how to make different stitches for dimensional details and how to combine techniques to get amazing geometric designs for visual and construction dimensional effects all with the help and guidance of a Certified Crochet Instructor!
Class Prerequisites: This project has something for all skill levels -beginner thru’ intermediate as well as those more experience who wish to make this incredible project. However for all students to get the the most learning and enjoyment from this great program - all student should have at the minimum - Beginner Level 2 crochet skills!
The Friendship Crochet Along Program will run over 3 sessions of 4 classes each with classes approx. every 2-3 weeks apart starting October 22, 2017 and ending July 8,2018
