Healthy, Cute, and Playful puppy

Rover is short and chubby with lots of wrinkles

I can no longer keep Rover because I am moving and they don't allow dogs at that house.

-White with a couple brown spots (1 on the face other on the back)
-Up to date on all vaccinations
-Very energetic
-Crate trained
-Potty trained (Barks or whines when he needs to be taken out)
-Loves to play with toys
-Vet checked
-Microchipped
-Not neutered

Rover does need an experienced owner because he does need some work with walking on the leash and he sometimes jumps on people, which is why I am letting him go for less than I have bought him for.
