Project 1: Lakewood
Lakewood is a new exciting lake residential project in Strathmore, Alberta. Strathmore is considered an “exurb” town located a quick 25-minute commute from Calgary. Project 3: Twin Valley

The Twin Valley lands are located in the Municipal District of Willow Creek and consist of 556 acres of gently sloping developable land located immediately adjacent to a large, clean water reservoir.
The reservoir is 15 square kilometers in size with an average depth of 10 meters and was opened by the Province of Alberta in 2004 to provide additional water for area irrigation, drinking water for local municipalities and much needed all year-round recreation.

The TVR development plan is flexible and could consist of up to approximately 380 one-acre (minimum) fully serviced lots with one-quarter of the lots having private docks or boathouses for easy access to the reservoir.
