I have a 3 piece dark brown leather sofa bed, loveseat and chair for sale. It is located in Canmore, Alberta. It has a 1 year old top of the line Sleep Country mattress that is quite comfortable. There is some delamination of the leather but can be covered with a blanket or something so it won't show. The set is very comfortable.

I need it to be gone this weekend (I will be there Saturday, October 12) to move it out of my condo. Because of the short timeline, I'm open to offers.
