MY CABIN HAD A FIRE IN APRIL!!

Taxes about $2300 a year as seasonal residence. Lakefront lot 50' on lake 150' deep and 68' wide at the back. Needs new septic tank I have county application forms.

Needs new well shallow wells OK and VERY GOOD WATER. Electric, phone etc. is there. No cable. The old cabin was rebuilt in 1967 by my father who was a contractor from Brooklyn NY.

It is built on poured concrete piers 36 feet wide. 3 piers 12 feet apart so it it is 24 X 36 plus a front porch and back addition that I added in 1989 on the old back porch foundation. The fire was in the kitchen at the back and did major cosmetic damage to the addition but not structural damage. The original cabin was not seriously damaged and has a large fireplace.
