This is a Chico's sheath dress and is 60% Linen and 40% Cotton, made in Turkey. You could put a turtleneck underneath during the colder months and wear it alone the rest of the time! The size says 0, but my mom bought it for herself and never wore it, she's a size6-8. So you be the judge! If you know Chico's and how their sizing works, then you know how this dress would fit on you. It has a bandana pattern in blues and off-white, a scoop neck and two slits up the sides.
