Vaughn Meader
Cadence CLP3060
1962
Released in 1962 by Cadence, The First Family is a parody of President John F. Kennedy and his family At the time, it was "largest and fastest selling record in the history of the record industry" selling at more than a million copies per week for the first few weeks of distribution, by the following January more than 7 million copies were sold.
The album features Vaugh Meader as President Kennedy and Naomi Brossart as Jackie Kennedy.
Graded after listening to record, VG-VG+, some light scuffing and scratches but nothing that interfered with the quality. It is a mono record, not stereo.
Noticeable wear to cover, no splits, but peeling and soiling. White sleeve.
