TRULY A VERY BEAUTIFUL & VERY HIGHLY PRIZED BLACK OPAL PARCEL.
We are cleaning house (well shop), so we are offering this beautiful & prismatic parcel of Lightning Ridge black opal freeforms for an exceptional price. The gem rough was mined from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Finch Co., New South Wales, Australia. We are not quite sure if it was either the Open Cut Mine, Three Mile or the Walk In Mine that these were dug up at. These stones have a prismatic play of color displaying a myriad of reds, blues, greens, oranges and yellows. Picture really does no justice for these beauties. Seriously!
All our opals are mined from various locations in Mexico, Brazil, Oregon, Australia among a few other localities, and are mined (dug up) either by us or local prospectors.
