 | Team Challenge is the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s new endurance training program. This exciting new fundraising program trains you to run or walk a half marathon while helping the Foundation raise funds to find a cure for ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.
Our next event is the Rock 'n' Roll San Antonio Half Marathon taking place November 16, 2008! More than 20,000 runners and walkers are expected to toe the start line of the inaugural event, which will feature 70 live bands along the historic sites and parks on the course.
After crossing the finish line outside the Alamodome, participants are invited inside that evening for the post-race concert - a celebration recognizing their accomplishments. Past acts at Rock 'n' Roll events include SEAL, INXS, Journey, Chris Isaak, and Goo Goo Dolls.
