 | Approx. 21 foot, clean title but has not been switched to my name yet, tag agency said it was no problem and to tag and title would only be about $130. This is an awesome RV, I had big plans for it but have had it all summer and not gone anywhere in it yet. With gas prices on the rise I doubt I will anytime soon. It is complete. It has a full size bed up top and a couch that folds out, 2 chairs and a table, it also has 2 additional tables that are removeable to go in front of the couch. Has full kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. It also has a full bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. Alot of storage space, even a couple little closets. It does have it's own generator and water storage. The AC/heat works well. The lift up awning is huge. It runs really well, but does have a fan belt that needs to be replaced and could probably use an oil change. The roof has no leaks, the people we bought it from said that they had put some sort of sealant on it. The only thing that does not work is the gas gage. Like I said, we haven't taken it out but we do start it once a week. We bought it from a family friend that kept it in really good shape and promised that everything is in working order.
