Condition and description: Extensive cover wear and fading.

"Cabarrus Memorial Hospital
School of Nursing Library"

is stamped inside front cover. Flyleaf and title page have two lines drawn through names with magic marker. In addition, there is a magic marker line across the bottom and top pages visible when book is closed.
The back cover and facing page also have some lines crossed through with magic marker, and there is some paste reside from what was probably a library pouch. There are some date stamps there and the stamp "One Week Book".

Spine is cracked between flyleaf and title page.

The rest of the binding is tight and the pages are clean

This is a 4th edition, copyright 1956. Covers Nutrition, Preparation and Use of Common Foods, Marketing for our Food, Preserving Food for Future Use, Planning Preparing and Serving Meals. Nice addition to a vintage cookbook collection if one can overlook the wear.
