Swapping Mamas allow individuals the opportunity to refresh their
wardrobe by exchanging their clothes and shoes for another person's. It
is all used but still good condition, wearable and usable. We check for
stains, holes, tears, and other undesirable traits so that you're
getting the best quality as well
We offer free new-to-you clothing and accessories. Participants come and
SWAP (exchange) their valued but no longer used clothes, shoes and
accessories for stuff that they will use. The group thrives on
enthusiasm, volunteer power and the participants’ generosity. Not only a
good way to de-clutter and refill one's wardrobe, but also considered an
act of environmentalism. We also don’t just give to members who bring
stuff in but also to those in our community who are in need.
We also accept donations of school supplies such as backpacks and baby items
as well (car seats, strollers, diapers, formula) to meet the needs of
those in the community who may be struggling as they make too much
according to outdated federal guidelines and therefore are not able to
receive assistance from many existing local programs. |
