This pattern makes a *very* thick cloth – you almost want to use it like a spa towel! The stitch definition is very vivid, making a washcloth that is soft to use in the shower but also works well for scrubbing your dishes or pots and pans without scratching their surface. You should be experienced enough to be comfortable with front-post and back-post double crochet stitches to try this pattern. It prints out to 2 pages with step by step instructions and includes pictures.

The pattern uses the following stitches: chain, single crochet, double crochet, front-post and back-post double crochet (explained in the pattern) and slip stitch.
