It comes with the original box that says: E.D.P. 023-0317-0

MADE IN HONG KONG Distributed by SETICO IMPORTS Jacksonville, Florida 32206

It comes with the Wrist Strap as stated on the box. It does not have the Earphone.
One side of the box has a PIC N'SAVE price label. The box is pretty worn.
The face of the radio says: SOLID STATE The main channel selections are: 1650 1200 1000 800 700 600 525
The thumb dial for the channel selection is on the right side. The thumb dial for the on/off/volume is on the left side.
It could used a better cleaning ;-) The metal plate around the edge is loose.
It uses 1 "9 Volt" battery (not included). A quick test was done and it worked fine, however, it will be an as is sale.
