2014 PIONEER QB30 RV by Heartland. This unit is in fantastic shape. It is non smoking. It comes with the equalizer hitch. It has many upgrades. Electric/propane fridge, hot water etc. The couch and table fold into beds to go along with the master bedroom and bunkroom. The bunk room has four beds. There's plenty of storage under the bottom bunks and table seating area. This trailer features a 13.5 foot slide out, making the inside very spacious. Outside, it has a 15 foot awning. Dual batteries and dual 30 lb propane tanks. It also has A/C. It has a 85 watt solar panel installed. The unit comes with a 32" LED tv/dvd player combo.
