One plot currently sells for about $6100 retail if purchased from Capital Memorial Gardens.

Located in the Garden of Atonement and Restoration, each plot will accommodate one casket or two urns. Capital Memorial Gardens provides perpetual care.

Plot locations are transferable by Capital to other cemeteries in Canada owned by Capital.

Deed transfer of the plots will be handled by Capital in the presence of the buyer and seller and is incorporated in a transfer fee of $200.
