This furniture is like new. There are no rips, tears or stains. It is in excellent condition. Bought at Nebraska Furniture Mart last year with fabric protection. This set is so comfortable with soft durable fabric. They still have this set for sale @ $670 for the sofa and $640 for the chaise.

$600 (cash only) for both pieces and you wild need to pic up and haul.
