The New 2018 ORO 4 is a great roaster for a small coffee shop or home startup business& can also be used for sample roasting. It can roast from 4oz. to 4lb. per roast and up to 4-5 roasts per hour. It has all the features of the big commercial roasters including Double wall SS drum with front and back cast iron plates. It has 2 FUJI digital temperature controls on the panel for quick viewing of both BT & ET.
