This unit provides food service operations with a high performance self-contained steam jacketed kettle.
It is extra fast wariety of cooking operations such as: Preparing fresh and frozen vegetables, gravies, sauces - Ideal for small bakery ser-ups.

Fast heat up and high performance
Thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 150° to 290° F, assuring broad versatility.
Stews, soups, puddings, pie fillings, gravies and similar items may be easily prepared in the kettle.

Kettle proper constructed of 18.8 type 304 stainless steel, solid ope-piece welded construction.
Interior of kettle polished to a 180 emery grit finish
Exterior polished to a bright semi-deluxe buff for cleaning ease and bright appearance.
Controls include a thermostat, contractor, safety tilt cut-off, safety walve, pressure gauge, water sight glass and pilot light.
The kettle body is mounted in a heavy duty stainless steel stand, so designed that the kettle is bottom-heavy and will return to the upright position if released,
It provides an elevated pouring height so product may be emptied into a 4" high pan on a flat table.
It has a triple reinforced rim with a welded in trough shaped pouring lip for maximum sanitation and durability
It is designed so that even when filled to capacity it may be easily tilted by one person.
