Installed a whole-home water softener system and a reverse osmosis water filter in the kitchen.

Member Comments:

I called and spoke to Russell who is the owner. I told him what I wanted and the issue with installing a unit at my house. He asked a number of specific questions and outlined a couple options. He then quoted me the price for the equipment and install and for the RO filter. I had already talked to a couple of other companies who spent a great deal of time trying to sell me what I didn't ask for, and giving me a line about their reputation, etc. where with Russell I got straight-forward information. I decided to have him install my unit. They came out on Saturday morning at the agreed time and Russell went over the area and described what he was going to do and answered my questions. He and his assistant dug up the sod between the water inlet to the house and where the softener unit was to be placed, ran all the piping, wrapped it in insulation, water tested for leaks and put salt in the salt tank and got the unit going. Russell installed the RO unit under the kitchen sink and placed the unit so as to take up as little room as he could. Overall, the job was neat, clean, they removed all debris and material, re-set the sod back in place and they finished in about 3 hours
