Will start as just part-time. Can move into full time and be trained on all equipment.

Summer Duties and Responsibilities:
• Property care including scheduled Lawn mowing & Line trimming, Power-raking, Aeration, trimming and cutting down trees.
• Fertilization & weed control.
• Maintenance and repair of lawn equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness of the truck and equipment
• Occasionally analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn
• Maintain a professional personal appearance

Winter Duties & Responsibilities
• Property care including snow clearing and ice-management
• Analyze and provide recommendations on ice management

Requirements
• 2-3 years landscape maintenance experience
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Criminal record check
• Cell phone
• Strong interpersonal, and communication skills

Qualifications
• Able to work long hours during peak productions times
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Non-smokers preferred

$14.50 to 16.60 depending on work ability
