* Each coat can have zippers, buttons or hooks.
* Shipping time and cost depends on location.
* All coats can be made longer but any alterations require a special order. Additional cost required for additions and or alterations.
* Deposits for all costs are made by Paypal.com, T/T,Moneybookers.com.
* Initial payment is for production time and the cost of material. The amount depends upon which materials are chosen and complexity of design. Final payment is required before shipment.Two payments in total.
* If new patterns or a sketch artist are required their cost is additional and to be included in the initial payment
* Deposits on custom coats are non-refundable. Non-custom coats are refundable (condition pending) with a 35% re-stock fee customer pays shipping.
* In the rare event a deposit has been made and the item becomes out of stock,payment can be refunded or substitutions of item can be made. Substitutions must be of equal or less value or a payment for the difference must be made before production can continue.
