| There are only 35 days left to close on a home purchase to be eligible for the $8,000 income tax credit for first time homebuyers. As of the time of this writing, if you close after November 30, you will be ineligible for the tax credit.
Most mortgage brokers need 45 days or more to close. Don’t lose out on your tax credit because your loan officer has no pull with the bank. Make sure you are using the right mortgage person!
I have been a loan officer for over 15 years. I consistently close loans in 14 days or less. Whether you want FHA, VA or conventional financing, I get it done quickly.
I get approvals in 1-2 business days, and generally close anywhere from 9 to 14 calendar days.
I have been a loan officer right here in Michigan for over 15 years. I have worn a lot of hats in the mortgage industry. I have always been ethical, honest, and straightforward. I have the experience, the knowledge, and the staff to get it done.
