We have a very unique business for sale with NO competition. The product line is Eucalyptus products and related items. We will stay and train the new owners and staff about the uses for these products and how best to approach the customers and close the sale.
I have been in this flea market (Smokie's). over 1 year, so I know what it is capable of doing season by season. You should gross $40-60K a year and net between $20 and $40K. This requires only 3 days a week to operate, Fri - Sun, 52 weeks. There are no rules as to having to be open, so you can open and close at your choice. I've been marketing these products for 10 years, and have been to the factory and the Outback in Australia, where our products are grown, for hundreds of years.
There is a large markup on these products. You can purchase a large bottle of my best seller for $9.50 or less for quantity and retail it for $29.95 or higher. For a small bottle you pay $3.50 and sell it for $12.50. Great profit markup!!!
The business will come with all Retail equipment that's there, as well as a 2 months supply of product.
