1984 Hunter 25.5 Sailboat
25ft+ boat and motor

Have had lots of fun with her, but moved out of town and too busy to enjoy her anymore!

Currently in powered slip at Dodd St Docks in Volente. Slip transfers easily!

Shoal Draft Fixed Keel (stable, yet only 4ft draft)
Pop-top cabin (top raises up about 8in so it's easier to stand in the cabin and gets a better breeze inside)
1 main sail in fair condition
1 jib in good condition
1989 Evinrude 8hp outboard
2 anchors
several life jackets
rail mounted gas grill

inside cabin you could possibly sleep 6 people
2 forward, 2 aft, and table folds flat for 2 more

dock box (nice for keeping tools and extra fuel near the boat), $600 value

clean title
registered until 1/2014 (have tags with me along with the titles to boat and motor)

no trailer

was working on building electrical from ground up
currently:
- rigged for dual batteries with switch
- new mast lights and wiring (LED for low battery drain and so that you won't have to replace them again!)
- radio with usb, aux input

Bulk head replaced in 2009
Needs a bottom job

Also ran the motor today, started up easily even after not being fired up since April!

Sails great, even in low wind. Just do not have the time to take her out anymore like we used to. I hope she gives you lots of great memories like she has done for us!
