It's a New Year and many of us are getting ready to go on a diet. But if your anything like me the dieting just doesn't work very well for me. So I found something that workes very well for me and you could have never guessed what it was because I did not believe it at first myself. Thus it's coffee and at first, I was like but I like cream in my coffee so it won't work but they got the cream too. I lost so far 15 pounds since November with just this.
