JOB DESCRIPTION
We are an inbound call center, we do not do any cold calls customer's would call us for product support.
We will provide one week of paid training, or more if needed.
Training will consist of hands on product training, system training and speaker phone calls.
After a week of training you will start your regular shift. There will be several senior staff to assist you.
JOB DUTIES
• Answering questions
• Troubleshooting over the phone
• Placing orders over the phone
• Helping customers with any questions or concerns and pointing them in the right direction
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Outlook
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to read and write in English
