I have over 15 years experience working on swimming pools. I worked in the pool repair business for many years, and although I have a full time job in another field, I still do pool repairs on the side, nights and weekends.

I can patch and paint pools and do a great job! If you are getting ready to sell and don't want to do a re-plaster, or have a home with an older pool, may want to consider having your pool painted instead.

I do other pool repair work as well... if need a skimmer replaced, are having water pressure issues, algae problems, sand filter problems, 'small' cosmetic/tile repairs... whatever it may be, please feel free to email to ask if it's something I can do, my fees are always less than you'd be charged by one of the big pool companies.

I also have experience working on fountains, hot tubs etc. but I do not repair motors or do electrical work. If you have a new light want put in I can do, but if have an electrical problem concerning light I don't do electrical repairs.

If you need a replacement part I can put in for you, but I do not have time or the gas to driving around shopping for a customer. I also do not use computer so can't look up parts online or make calls for anyone. If you find part you want (or if would like me to come along with you to help choose part I'd be happy to) then I can install for less than what the big pool companies would charge you.

Free estimate is offered only within 10 miles of my Phoenix neighborhood. I live at the base of South Mountain so Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Maryvale, Glendale, Peoria, Avondale are all more than 10 miles from me, and require '$10 for fuel fee' to have me drive all the way out to you in my big old 9 passenger Suburban... BUT once out there I will take as much time as need to talk about and go over what you would like to do with your pool, answer questions, and give you as much time as need to decide if would like to hire me, no pressure or hurry to make decision on the spot... can let me know after have time to think about how want to proceed. I am not a business or licensed contractor and can not put in a pool or do huge jobs requiring major equipment and machinery, nor do I have an 'in' to buy materials at cost or discount, although if would like me to I can come along if want help choosing paint, supplies etc.

I'm home from work by 6:30 pm Mon-Fri, 3 pm on Saturdays and off Sundays. I can be available after work, and weekends that we're in town. I've done pool work for a local businessman who has bought several homes with pools, fountains and Koi ponds that I have done work and repairs on and am sure he would supply a reference if desired.

Email and tell me what type of problem you are having or work you need done. My wife will check email while I'm at work and let me know if I have received any messages. Include a phone number I can speak to you at, she'll give it to me when I call her during the day, and I will give you a call from work... and I do NOT text or email so must leave a phone number that I can actually speak to you at if want a call . IMPORTANT... as far as my 'Free Estimate within 10 miles of my Phoenix neighborhood'.... do not request my driving out to you if you are not a trustworthy, honest person. I work a full time job and my off time is valuable. I've been burned in the past by people who sound nice & decent on phone, who request my driving a distance to them requiring the $10 gas fee... that once I arrived never offered the fuel fee, who instead were waiting for me to ask (obviously hoping I would not ) and then when I did their response was a mumbled "sorry, don't have any cash on me" :( So I will no longer respond to emails that do not include in the message that they realize they are requesting my driving out to them from more than 10 miles away and have no problem with helping out with gas expense. I regret that it was even necessary to ask my wife to add this additional paragraph to my ad so thank you for understanding and taking time to read.
