Living accommodations would be shared. 400 is utilities included. This is just an interest check, as my boyfriend and I are considering buying this house and want to have someone lined up to rent one of the two extra bedrooms out to. We're a young couple in our twenties, mature and friendly, looking for someone who likes cats (we have one) and is clean and quiet. Age doesn't matter, nor does being on Ontario Works, as long as you are responsible and don't drink or smoke at all in the house. Email me if interested in reserving the room or if you'd like more details. Room may be available as early as December first if we go ahead with the deal. It may be possible for us to furnish the room if you don't have furnishings.
