This full size food warmer is constructed of a heavy s/s housing for excellent durability.
Interior liner made out of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel.
Steel "element support" stabilizes heating elements and reflects heat toward food, providing even heat distribution.
Maintains food temperature in excess of 140-150 degrees (the requirement for safe food service.)
Easy to clean.
The exterior dimensions are 22.5"L x 14.5"W x 9.25"H and the interior dimensions are 20"L x 12"W x 6.5"H.
Each unit is equipped with a 60" grounded power cord, which terminates with a standard three pronged male plug. 120v/60hz, 1200W, 10 Amps.
