Synopsis:

The Jake Effect was a NBC situation comedy starring Jason Bateman, Nikki Cox, and Greg Grunberg. Seven episodes were produced to premiere in mid-season of 2002, but NBC canceled the series before a single episode aired.

Trivia:

This show was scheduled to premiere in 2003 as a mid-season replacement. But NBC cancelled the show before it even aired. Seven episodes were produced but the did not air until 2006 on NBC's Bravo Network.
In 2006, Bravo started airing the series on the "Brilliant But Canceled" block.
