This is a used Item it has no information, it has been rubbed off. All information is based on a
Lincoln model 1301 spec.
*The electric baking/finishing oven is self contained, conveyorized and stackable up to 2 high.
It is designed for countertop use and must be used with appropriate four-inch legs for proper cooling.
*Temperature is adjustable from 200 F to 550
*The speed is adjustable from one (1) minute to twenty (20) minutes
*Crumb pans are located below the conveyor belt
*The oven controls are located on the front of the oven, it includes a power on/off switch.

*The construction is from fabricated stainless steel. The air distribution system consists of an axial type fan powered by AC motor. The heated air is forced through four distribution fingers located in the baking chamber.
