We're looking for up to four mature adults who will treat our home as if it were your own. If that's you, we look forward to hearing from you! Additionally we will work personally to make sure your stay with us will be given the utmost attention! We will even consider your small pet depending upon your circumstance.
We are able to save you money by not providing daily housekeeping services. We do this because our previous guests have requested this for security and privacy.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED (not even on balcony)
We are a 2 minute walk to the Free Shuttle which will take you East to Vail Village or West to Lionshead, in addition to grocery stores and other parts of town. The Lionshead gondola is a 5-7 minute walk or 2 minute ride.
BONUS -- NO STAIRS!!!
One of the great bonuses of this unit is its street level location. No need to use the stairs or elevators! Most times one of the 3 parking spaces right in front of our door is open.
It is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. One bath has a shower, while the other has a shower/tub. One bedroom has a brand new Simmons ComforPedic AirCool memory foam king mattress and one bedroom has a pillow-top queen.
The living room and dining room, along with its rock-walled fireplace and comfortable leather couches, create a warm and cozy atmosphere for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen includes high end cookware, small appliances and anything else you might need to prepare great meals.
