I have 2 blue. Comes with 5 birthday candles that get inserted in the holes in the top. Picture of yellow candle is from online showing a similar novelty with the birthday candles inserted. Label on bottom of package says they are hand-painted. Packages are a bit discolored but the candles are fine. Blue one in main photo has no package or doily.
