Personal training can be very lucrative with only 3 clients.(example of the minimum you can make). 3 clients at 1.5 hours a day at 3 days a week at $50 a day=$675 per week(This is the rate I charge for close friends and family members.) As a personal trainer you can have as many clients as you like at one time and you can set your own fees and terms. The client doesn't have to pay for a high priced gym membership and you don't have to leave your house.
You can also just use it as a mini gym for yourself.
